I’m the creator of the Love to Live seated movement program. I empower passionate people to improve the physical, emotional and mental health of those living with age-related limitations.

I’ve led thousands of people with chronic illness in Movement to Music classes over the past 11 years, and in 2020 the Love to Live Program was recognised by Fitness Australia as ‘Community Exercise Program of the Year’ for its unique approach to exercise.

We love empowering people with new skills and supporting them to bring joy into the lives of those they care for. If you have ever felt stuck or overwhelmed about how to get someone with limited mobility moving I would love to lighten your load by showing you exactly what to do and how to do it.

 

The Love to Live Movement to Music Program is fitness and fun for EVERYONE.

We prefer to not use the terms ‘exercise’ and ‘dance’ when describing our program to the participants as some people find these terms intimidating.

We want to be sure to include everyone in our classes and allow them to ‘move’ to the best of their ability.
